Abstract:
I send you an annexed document a message that has been diffused on one of our lists. Here, in Brazil, we are interested in the discussion on the generalized use of IST, public policies, in order to guarantee positive social impacts and the UN may favor this use eventually developing programs of technological fomentation connected to initiatives for the reduction of the exterior debt.

I have read the messages of the MISTICA list and I think that participants are also interested in this topic. The group participation is important, even if I do not have a lot of time to participate to the discussions, because of my activities at BNDES.
