Beyond the historical and present difficulties and paradigms to overcome, the MISTICA VC has insisted on dreaming of a society where governing is educating: Educating for democracy, respect for pluralism and attachment to collaboration and human solidarity. These are premises sufficient enough to propose the system that will overcome the paradigms in which globalization is sustained, as it is understood now, and its advance toward universality29. which is one of the primary consensuses we wish we could achieve. Here is a draft of this dreamed universal system: Overcoming Capitalism This system moves toward a stage in which its monolithic and oppressive force is diluted, therefore, based on the same capital, the financial order is subordinated to social consensuses, the organization and defense of the universal citizens' and human rights as well as the preeminence of creation and pleasure. Consequently, global ethics, guaranteed by technological, financial and informative power, goes through changes by privileging coexistence and environmental sustainability above corporations and individual interests. The Power of collective Wisdom There must be dynamics of leadership, in which ethics prevails over commercial interests; the leaders will understand their advantage above the rest is ephemeral and it is based on a healthy information commerce. Moreover, there is equality, since they will return to the heart of the society from whence they came, its power is crucial and that makes them understanding and responsible. Therefore leadership isn't unique, it is shared since it only succeeds through consensus, in a constant dialogue that preserves power inside collective wisdom. Developing Solidarity The speed and non-censorship given by the ICTs will help overcome the digital, political, economic and social gap in the Southern countries. Collaboration, solidarity and respect come from a profound assessment and comprehension of the own particular identities observed in the communicational sapient flux; this "critical appraisal of the past" enables us to rescue the fundamental values in which we were culturally generated to "All of that in synergy with the developmental pace according to the essence of each society. Each culture has an essence of its own" (SJ, 5.19.03). Communitarian commitment Each individual collaborates socially, that is why the creation will be a patrimony of the entire humanity; this individual exerts his/her rights as a citizen completely and neither censors him/herself nor accepts information that threatens fundamental human values. In addition, he/she recovers the human capacity of communicating and narrowing his/her affective and corporal bonds, since the use of technologies is rationalized, through which we understand one another as more humane. Enjoyment and creation will be above consumption and sale. All of that gives new value to life. Ideology and ethics Ethics is above commercial interests. They are shared from dreams and utopias to assessment policies, showing evidence that this society is based on pluralism and movement. On the other hand, ethics drains every conception of power and it supports governorship when considering that every movement in the WSSs is by choice, fair and inclusive, where the environmental sustainability preserves men and women's "well-being", as well as the historical cultural patrimony and even the natural patrimony of ferns and mosquitoes, dragons and sunflowers, butterflies and all the flora and fauna of the Utopista of the MISTICA VC.
