The team will be constituted of 3 professionals and two trainees. We hope they will be able to reach the total handling of two messages per hour and to go on improving this number, knowing that there is a fixed cost for each message.

The EMEC methodology has been shaped within the MISTICA project, which is devoted to the social impact of the TIC in Latin America and in the Caribbean. It is also a region where four languages are spoken (more, if you consider Creole languages), where countries and communities are mixed, and where the concept of regional integration can be experimented.
