EMEC Support Documents: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Associated Site

Will there be a web site for each language?

Back to the list of the questions

A web page will be made that will be inside the MISTICA web site. And, inside this web page, we will find connections toward the different sections (a section in Spanish, in Portuguese, in French and in English).

What can be found on the EMEC web site?

Back to the list of the questions

One can find links towards the informations on the EMEC methodology: project presentation, FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), writing guides to help the automated translator, statistics, evaluations, etc.

What can you find in the different sections of the EMEC web page?

Back to the list of the questions

The archives: both the messages sent to the list and the summarized texts of these messages (sent to the list as a document index card with a synthesis), as well as the files transmitted as attachments. Besides having a directory with all the electronic mail that goes through the list and which can be organized by author, date or title, the web page will also contain a space where the integral messages will be archived according to a classification especially elaborated for the project. These will be found at the same time in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

Will it be possible to perform a search?

Back to the list of the questions

Yes. At the beginning messages will be found by searching by word or sentence (only in the text). In future, it will be possible to search by field (author , title, dates, topic, etc.).
